Terms and Conditions ff567 — General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and ff567 ("Platform", "we", or "our"). By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or using any service provided by ff567, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to all the terms set out herein.

These Terms apply to all services of ff567, including Sports Betting, slots, Live Casino, crash games, promotions and bonuses, deposits, withdrawals, and player support. The services of ff567 are intended exclusively for residents of Brazil, with platform access within national territory.

The ff567 reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. When this occurs, the Player will be notified by email or by an in-platform message. Continued use of the services after notification constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised Terms.

To create an account at ff567 and use any service on the platform, the Player must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age. The ff567 does not permit access to or use of its services by anyone under 18 years of age under any circumstances.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil.
• Not be subject to an active self-exclusion measure on the ff567 or on any applicable exclusion list.
• Not be acting as an agent, employee, contractor, or representative of ff567 or any directly affiliated partner company.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration, including full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, and phone number.

Each Player may hold only an active account on the ff567. Creating accounts on behalf of third parties, using someone else's personal details, or opening additional accounts after a previous account has been closed or banned is not permitted.

The ff567 carries out identity verification processes (Know Your Customer — KYC) to ensure Player security and compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation. Verification may be requested at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.

The documents that may be requested include:

• Photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) — front and back.
• CPF or proof of registration status issued by the Receita Federal.
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days.
• Selfie holding your identity document, when requested by the security team.

The ff567 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals while identity verification is pending. The document review period is up to 72 business hours after full submission.

The ff567 accepts the following deposit methods, all exclusively Brazilian:

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with immediate credit to your account.
• Boleto bancário — credited within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
• Credit and debit card — Visa and Mastercard issued by Brazilian banks.
• PicPay — instant transfer via digital wallet.
• Mercado Pago — Mercado Pago wallet balance or linked card.
• TED Transfer — from any Brazilian bank (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, etc.).

The minimum deposit via Pix is R$ 10,00. For other methods, the minimum may vary — check the Deposits and Withdrawals page for up-to-date amounts.

All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet held in the Player's own name. The ff567 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits identified as coming from another person's account will be returned and may result in account closure.

Withdrawals at ff567 are processed via Pix as the preferred method, with a processing time of up to 5 minutes after the request is approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20,00 and there are no fees for withdrawals via Pix.

To request a withdrawal, the Player must:

• Have a verified account (KYC complete).
• Have a Pix key registered to the account linked to your CPF.
• Have available balance (not committed to open bets).
• Having met the rollover requirements applicable to any active bonus.

Withdrawals of amounts above R$ 5.000,00 may be subject to additional security verification, with a review period of up to 48 business hours. The ff567 may request proof of the source of funds in such cases.

Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or Pix key held exclusively in the Player's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. If a withdrawal to a third-party account is requested, the amount will be held pending verification.

The ff567 offers promotions and bonuses to its Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to sporting events such as Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores. Each promotion has specific terms that must be read before activation.

General rules applicable to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is valid exclusively for the first deposit of a new Player, with a minimum deposit of R$ 20,00.
• The bonus amount is subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement specified in each promotion — the default is 10x the bonus amount in valid bets.
• Bets contributing to the rollover must have minimum odds of 1,50.
• Bets placed on low-odds markets, hedge bets, or combination bets designed to guarantee a return regardless of the outcome may be excluded from rollover calculations.
• The bonus has an expiry date from the moment it is activated. Unused bonuses that expire within the validity period are automatically cancelled with no compensation.
• The ff567 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse, multi-accounting, or any breach of the Terms is suspected.

Bets placed at ff567 follow the rules established for each sport. Full sport-specific rules are available in the platform's help section. The general provisions below apply to all bets:

• The minimum amount per bet is R$ 1,00. There is no fixed maximum amount, but high-value bets may be subject to automatic limits and manual review.
• Once confirmed by the Player, a bet is final and cannot be cancelled, except in the cases set out in Section 8 of these Terms.
• Odds errors caused by a proven technical failure may result in the cancellation of the bet and a full refund of the staked amount.
• In parlay bets, all outcomes must be correct for the Player to receive a return. If one event within the parlay is voided, that selection is removed and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining events.
• Cash out is available on selected markets, subject to real-time availability. The cash-out amount is calculated automatically and may be lower or higher than the original stake.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event may be cancelled by ff567 at its discretion, with a refund of the staked amount.

The ff567 covers bets on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, European leagues), basketball (NBB, NBA), volleyball (Superliga, Liga das Nações), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant), Formula 1, and other sports available on the platform.

A bet may be voided and the amount returned to the Player's balance in the following situations:

• The event was cancelled before it started and was not rescheduled within 48 hours.
• The event was postponed and did not take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time.
• A proven technical error occurred in the publication of the odds, such as a clearly incorrect value that does not reflect actual market conditions.
• The event or market was incorrectly listed on the platform (for example, home and away teams were swapped).

In combo bets, void selections are removed and the combination remains valid with the remaining selections and recalculated odds. If all selections in a combo are voided, the full stake is refunded.

The ff567 does not cancel bets at the Player's request once confirmed, except in the technical cases described above. The cash out feature is available for Players who wish to close open bets before the outcome is settled.

In addition to Sports Betting, the ff567 offers an entertainment catalog that includes slots, live casino with real dealers, and crash games. The following general rules apply to these products:

• All slots games at ff567 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies, ensuring unpredictable and fair outcomes.
• The Live Casino is streamed in real time with professional dealers. The rules for each game (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker) are available within the game interface.
• Crash games such as Aviator use a multiplier mechanic that grows until a crash event occurs. The Player must cash out before the crash to lock in the accumulated multiplier.
• Bonus balance may be restricted from use on certain casino games. Please check the specific promotion's terms to see which games are eligible.

The platform offers the following self-management tools:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit directly in the account settings panel.
• Bet limit: set a cap on the maximum amount per individual bet or per session.
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause account access for a set period (7, 30, 90, or 180 days).
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently and irreversibly close access to the account.
• Betting history: track all your gaming activity through the account panel to monitor your habits.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ff567. Detection of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets and bonuses, and a withdrawal hold pending investigation:

• Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or another person's documents.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, automated betting software, or any technology not authorized by ff567.
• Bonus abuse: creating accounts to exploit promotions repeatedly, hedging bets across linked accounts, or any strategy designed to guarantee a return without genuine risk.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful purpose under Brazilian law.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or interfere with the technical operation of the platform.
• Use of the platform by players under 18 or facilitation of such access by a guardian or responsible party.

The Player may request voluntary account closure at any time through the settings panel or by contacting ff567. Available real-money balances will be returned via Pix after verification, minus any unmet bonus amounts.

The ff567 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Proven suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Submitting false documents during the verification process.
• Court order or ruling by a competent regulatory authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.

In the event of termination due to a breach of the Terms, the ff567 may retain balances linked to irregular activity while conducting an internal investigation. The Player will be notified by email with the reason and estimated resolution timeframe.

The ff567 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets freely placed by the Player within the platform's rules.
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or infrastructure failures from third parties (internet providers, cloud service providers).
• Decisions made by the Player based on information from third parties, including sports analysis, tips, or external betting systems.
• Unauthorized access to the Player's account resulting from credential sharing or a security breach on the Player's own device.

The maximum liability of the ff567 under any circumstances is limited to the real balance available in the Player's account at the time of the incident. The platform is not liable for indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits.

The ff567 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to the Player at least 7 days in advance, via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

Minor changes, such as text corrections or updated contact information, may take effect immediately without prior notice. The most recent version of the Terms is always available on the ff567.best/terms-conditions.

If the Player does not agree with the changes made, they must stop using the platform and request account closure before the new Terms take effect. Continued use after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the entertainment and betting market in Brazil.

Any dispute arising from the use of the platform ff567 that cannot be resolved by Player support will be referred to the courts of the Comarca de São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
